If I could give Aaron six stars, I would — without hesitation. After our usual HVAC company spent over two frustrating hours onsite and still couldn’t get our heat restored, Aron came out and immediately put us at ease. Within five minutes (probably less), he had already figured out the problem. The previous company had wired the transformer incorrectly, which ended up blowing our thermostat. I had them install my hvac system a few years ago and they did a great job with no complaints. I called multiple times recently trying to get them to look at my system because it wasn't working properly. I left messages each time i called over a 2 week time span. They never would call back and only sent and automated text. Not sure whats going on but I will never call them again
I always look to local providers first for household services. Guru is just a few miles from my home so I called them first. No pick up, left voice mail. Next day, no pick up, left voice mail. A couple days later I made my third call. Never heard back so I went else where. I understand that businesses can be very busy, or maybe even have some kind of problem w/ their phone service but I can't imagine why they would not eventually return my call.
These guys were great. Very responsive, explained everything in detail and did a great job. I bought their maintenance plan based on their performance
Comfort Guru were very professional and they fixed my A/C I would recommend them. Highly satisfied!
