We had a mini split system installed by this company and have been dealing with a persistent issue ever since. During colder weather, the unit makes a loud, whistling noise that has never been resolved. We’ve been trying to get this addressed for nearly two years. Had furnace go out due to a flood. Aaron showed up right away, fixed the problem quickly at a great price. The only company I'll ever call again for my furnace.
I would not recommend this company. We had a 4 unit mini split installed 3 years ago. The owner came to our house prior to the installation and assured us of the size and ability of the unit to heat our home. We have had multiple issues with the unit. The company is hard to contact. Phone calls are not answered. We have had to purchase and use additional electric heaters. When they finally do respond and send someone we are charged. If I could give Aaron six stars, I would — without hesitation. After our usual HVAC company spent over two frustrating hours onsite and still couldn’t get our heat restored, Aron came out and immediately put us at ease. Within five minutes (probably less), he had already figured out the problem. The previous company had wired the transformer incorrectly, which ended up blowing our thermostat. I had them install my hvac system a few years ago and they did a great job with no complaints. I called multiple times recently trying to get them to look at my system because it wasn't working properly. I left messages each time i called over a 2 week time span. They never would call back and only sent and automated text. Not sure whats going on but I will never call them again
