I always look to local providers first for household services. Guru is just a few miles from my home so I called them first. No pick up, left voice mail. Next day, no pick up, left voice mail. A couple days later I made my third call. Never heard back so I went else where. I understand that businesses can be very busy, or maybe even have some kind of problem w/ their phone service but I can't imagine why they would not eventually return my call.
These guys were great. Very responsive, explained everything in detail and did a great job. I bought their maintenance plan based on their performance
Comfort Guru were very professional and they fixed my A/C I would recommend them. Highly satisfied!
Aaron and his team replaced my HVAC and made the whole process a breeze. It has been easy to get in touch with them, easy to make payment, and I love my new modern hvac system we now have! I highly recommend the Comfort Guru!
