What can I say (excellent) the Combi Man was the way to go, came out and carried out a full assessment of our needs and a week later he sent out Charlie and Mark the engineers who fitted a new Bosch boiler, removed the old boiler, immersion heater, and the header tank in the loft and fitted three new radiators in our bedrooms and both men were so professional and polite, kept it clean and tidy throughout the install. We had our new Worcester Bosch boiler fitted today by Mark and Charlie. They did an excellent job. Friendly, very efficient and tidy there was no mess following the installation. Everything about the installation and operation was explained clearly. As you can see we are very pleased.
Superb service from start to finish, flexible with timings to suit when I was able to work from home and excellent communication throughout on what was being done/needed to be done - wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!
