These people are crooks! They required a 10k deposit, month after month I would call or email to get an update on my case and never got a response. I received an email that my deposit fund had ran out and I needed to put an additional 2500.00 for them to keep working on my case. When I asked about the attorney assigned to my case never responded to my emails, I was informed that he left the firm 4 months ago. ALWAYS READ REVIEWS! Please never waste your precious time and money here. My family wasted thousands of dollars to get absolutely nowhere and then some. This was overall the most horrifically unprofessional experience imaginable. Criminal the way they treat their clients, lie, and do not do their jobs. Terrible. The young man wants me to pay $6,000 retainer before I even get to speak to a lawyer to see if I have a case. Laughable With Syracuse being one of the Poorest Cities in the United States That's the kind of service you get.
