Great employees, always happy and always helpful
Absolutely horrible!!!!! After their reps at this location basically begged me to up an account I see exactly why this bank has no business. They have misplaced paperwork for my account resulting in my account being closed that has money in it. The branch employees say one thing while the call center says another. I trusted this bank & had my direct deposit coming to the account and now my money is in limbo. I have no access to online and there is no remorse!!! Worst bank in history!!!!!!!
