I sent the payment for my credit card through Fulton Bank in on December 5, 2025; the due date was December 11, but they did not process it until January 2, 2026. In the meantime, they charged me a late charge. The account got closed, but they charged another late fee on a $6.60 balance that I did not realize was still owed (after I paid the late fee) and they conveniently did not mention when the account got closed down. My favorite person there is Celine I Holp I spelled it right. Wonderful young lady. Helps me feel like I am still wanted and I Treasure her respect for a 70 year old Lady is out standing she is the Reason I still hold on to life today. I had Fulton Bank for a while and I WILL STAY WITH FULTON BANK . I don't understand the Banks Mergeing together / and stopping Where I can go inside where is one that I can go inside to get some things done And start a saving, and a account to stop Any over draft fees in Hagerstown, Maryland.
Being charged to cash a cheque from their own vaults is a scam.
