I visited for a wire transfer and was the only customer in the lobby, and the manager Marina, had me wait excessively until she figured out an internal issue, because they were about 30 minutes from closing and was shutting down AND I assume didn’t want to stay later than normal. Once she finally helped me, she had an attitude and didn’t speak to me, she went straight into asking questions about the wire.
