All our products are manufactured using 6mm Low Iron Toughened Glass, which is heat resistant and have highly polished edges. These can be provided in any colour or mirror finish. Excellent little company what they can do with glass is astonishing
Appaling customer service! Came across like they don't care about my order. I had to keep chasing them to find out when my mirror would be delivered. Didn't show up when they said they would on more than 2 occasions. Not once did anyone ring me to inform me. And I was later given excuses such as ' I didn't save your number' and 'I forgot' which you would expect from a schooboy, not professional at all And I still don't have my order. Save yourself headache and go elsewhere!!
I tried ordering a small splashback from this company in November 2018 ( when I first started contacting them). I found the company disinterested in the order and have not managed to either take the order or make any attempts to fulfil it. I have logged over 12 calls to this company ( with dates and fimes logged, incase the company wish to dispute the review as is anticipated). Had a problem with my first delivery. Alan telephoned me personally to discuss a replacement, he even let me change the colour and was very patient waiting for me to make my mind up. The replacement glass was sent without fuss, looks great, very pleased with customer service, Alan was very helpful throughout.
