I brought in a favorite bracelet missing a rhinestone and even though Colorstones at Roswell Bead Store did not have the matching one, Kenny was so kind at helping me order the rhinestone online. I will return again soon. Great customer service.
This place is wildly over priced. Got rang up for over $240 for a handful of beads. Felt like I was being scammed. Only purchased $40 worth of stuff but still felt nauseous after buying. If I could give 0 stars I would. #yourstupidopinions
Just checked them out and they were extremely courteous , helpful, educational, and even if they didnt know the answer they looked it up with me. Great customer service and decent prices.
