My guess is everyone loves this place because the employees take the time to fit people for shoes but don’t come here if you want anything else because the employees don’t even acknowledge you. I wanted some snacks for a long run and stood at the register for 20 minutes without any employee (of which there were at least 3 in the shop) even saying anything to me. Came to Colorado running company after reading people’s experiences with staff helping runners get the right shoe through gait analysis as well as just having an experienced staff. Didn’t get the help I was hoping for. Was what you would expect from any shoe store nothing more. After a few runs in the shoe as much as I liked the ride the fit wasn’t for me. My doctor recommended I get a new pair of shoes with the changes in my foot. Went to Colorado Running Company and they were awesome! Veteran owned, and Owen who helped was awesome in helping me find the right shoe! And ended up helping my husband as well find great insoles for him. I ended up going with the Saucony Triumph. I swore I was going to walk out of there with another pair of Hokas but the Saucony's felt so much better, and they don't put too much pressure on my foot like the other ones did!
