Was taken advantage of. Paid twice as much through John as through Progressive direct. The agent I spoke to was in utter shock, that I had been paying $800+ each 6 months as the "cheapest option". I got a new quote for the exact same coverage and carrier for $430. Would stay away as these folks are either lazy or not good at what they do.
Company refuses to cancel my policy, after several emails demanding cancellation. They continue to charge me for a policy I cancelled more than 6 months ago. John was rude in emails and failed to do even the simplest task.
