When I returned home I noticed that there were literal chunks of my hair missing, burnt off. The side of my face is still stained with the hair coloring and there are part of my hair that weren’t dyed properly.
I went to have my hair highlighted and my roots covered. Casey charged me 260.00 to put in less than 30 foils. I asked her three times about covering my roots each time I was told she was going to fixing to get that part done. I left looking the same as when I walked in. An inch of new growth gray roots still showing on dark brown hair looking awful and she kept giving me excuses as to why she hadn’t cover them. Like you can come back 2 to 3 mores to fix it this.
