I was walking by to five below and the decor caught my attention. All I have to say is WOW! It smelled amazing and the salon was beautiful and I was greeted by the sweetest girl. I asked for pricing and a mini consultation. It wasn't so expensive like other salons ive been to. She let me know that no one could attend to me at that moment but they could get me in like 30 min so I did my thing and came back. I love my hair cut I got some layers. Extremely unprofessional and rude wanted to go in and buy something and asked if there was a restroom available for my daughter quickly changed my mind after that and it’s because they told me the owner doesn’t allow people to use the restroom??? Even if you’re a customer like what type of business are you running honestly that you aren’t allowing people to use the restroom that’s is common decency and something you should be offering to people you are servicing like what the hell then the owner reply’s a year later lying to... read more
