Ok I’m not really sure why they only have 3 stars so I’m gonna write a review. I always have a good experience here! Scans always get back to me in a few days, workers are straightforward and nice, and they have a ton of film roll options. Pricing is around the same as Bleeker Digital.
It's a shame that they only got 2 stars, since I'd been a loyal customer for a while. At some point, I bought three rolls of 35mm film and in a rush to get somewhere threw them in my bag, only to later realize that they had given me 120mm. When I called and asked for a refund and/or exchange, they basically said tough luck. I wish I could've had some incentive to continue giving my business to them, but after that it left a bad taste in my mouth.
I went to another store around there and the price was much more expensive! So glad I came there. Lovely people and great prices x
Best in the business by far. Been developing here for years. Friendly staff and timely scans/prints. Love this place. I travel from Brooklyn to SoHo for them.
My first film camera in 20 years! I have to relearn everything and I'm so glad I chose The Color House because the staff is polite and informative. Their prices are great. I was astounded at the depth and substance of the photos and Im really excited to navigate light and focus. Thanks to The Color House at least I know my precious photos are in trustworthy hands. I am so glad I found you! Thank you for my wonderful photos and a great experience.
