I went there today and I’m so glad I did. My hair was so bad I was in tears, Annalyse was so kind and helpful to do everything she could to help with this epic disaster. Her and the salon has a new client for life, their beautiful work and genuine kindness I will never forget.
I have always had an amazing experience at the color bar salon. Walking into the salon you always get greeted with open arms and beverages by the beautiful receptionist Katie! The salon is always very clean. The vibe of the salon is amazing and something you will not find anywhere else. Madison Bernard was my stylist!! Maddie gave me my literal Barbie dream hair! I had really dark grown out hair, and she got it to a perfect vanilla blonde. She did an awesome consult before my service to assure she was giving me the exact results that I was imagining!! She took great care of the integrity of my hair, considering we were using bleach, my hair was silky smooth and shiny after each service! I had an appointment with Madison Bernard for a dark balayage. The process took 4 hours . She bleached my entire head and used a toner. The results at the salon looked good. I washed my hair 2 times with the recommend products. On day 10 all of the color was completely gone, my hair was breaking and falling off not to mention all of my hair was now orange.
