If I could give negative stars I would. I am new to the area and decided to give this location a chance because my husband had a customer of his who suggested them. When I called to schedule my appointment I specifically stated I needed a cut and color. I explained that I have black hair and that I wanted to do a black to silver/grey ombre. I always let people know that I have naturally black hair so the stylist/colorist knows that it will take a while to do my hair.
