I went yesterday for an all-over color and haircut. I clearly explained what I wanted and showed multiple reference pictures of soft face-framing layers and long curtain layers. Unfortunately, I ended up with a basic straight cut that looked nothing like the style I requested. The haircut was so poorly done that I was left with uneven ends, bulky/heavy hair, and almost no change around the top or face. The bottom looks especially uneven and doesn't blend well. Great color fix. Bianca was wonderful and listened to what I wanted. Studio was relaxing and chill. Great experience and I love my hair.
