Responds to maintenance requests very quickly!
The condos are nice, but the “average” electric bill is $330 according to the leasing office. Have had electric bills over $250 and now $330 and they want to state that it is average.
It's a wonderful, quiet community. The apartments are well built with quality materials for their interiors. You'll occasionally hear a plane fly overhead, but that's the only criticism I have.
