We moved in a year ago and I love it here. We have amazing neighbors. Everyone is always so nice and friendly. They have dog amenities and have trash bags ready for you to dispose of your pets droppings. The location is amazing and we feel so lucky that the school our kids go to is right across the street. First off I have lived here for almost 8 years. The current HOA is terrible. Whenever there is an issue on the property that residents bring up all we ever get is, “it’s your fault, if you don’t want these issues stop sucking.” and then to punish us they closed the pool early this year. They put up security cameras to watch the dumpsters, but they don’t actually enforce anything I witness construction workers in the regular dump there trash in our dumpsters so our dumpster is always literal shit show.
