Read before you schedule I have been very dissatisfied with the service from this company. I have had several scheduling issues along with very rude customer service via phone. I have noted to never use them again. I hope that others have a better experience than I have. If you do work with this company I recommend that you record your conversations and document each time that they schedule to come out because their scheduling along with thoughts that yelling at customers is a good thing are the reasons that I will not retur... read more
Save your money and your time Very poor communication and customer service. After waiting for over a month for my "part" to come in and checking in with THEM once a week for status, I finally called the manufacturer for a referral to another company, and found out the diagnosis was completely wrong to begin with. The lady who answers the phone is full of excuses, and cannot be trusted to do what she says she will do. Do not do business with The Colony Appliance Guru, unless you want a truly disappointing experience. Save you... read more
STAY AWAY I agree with the other posters , no reliable to arrive when scheduled then just show up after being cancelled. Parts tec quotes one time fram office another , STAY AWAY not worth the hassle
Horrible Customer Service I had a VERY poor experience with this company.
