The raise in pricing on these have raised at least a hundred dollars a year. There is 1 pool that is never open. There are no laundry rooms they are not fixed. They still have not repaired and fixed the 1 building that burnt down. They also concrete sealed the second pool. This is so disappointing moving as soon as I can afford another place.

Excellent apartments. I can't wait to move in. Seriously. In today's economy, it's hard to find a good place and this is perfect. This is it. Tenants are checked and you've got an excellent manager. Don't settle for mediocre management elsewhere.
