Nothing but bad experiences living here for 2 years. All Basilio cares about is saving money, not about the people. You have to pay to park your car outside. They never fixed the air conditioning problems so, we pay extra on the AC.
They have failed to maintain the infrastructure of what use to be a beautiful community. Home Town America owns this Park together with over 78 throughout the United States. They are only in it for the money. Very Sad.
One of the most beautiful manufactured home developments in the entire desert! Behind the landscaped, water-scaped and gated entry, you're greeted with views of the incredible club house building, towering palm trees and the mountains just a few miles behind... Residents at the Colony should beware, the occupants of 155 Capri are black hat hackers. Residents around Capri Street should be vigilant with cybersecurity and a firewall. The Perkins (Nathan and Jacqueline) family have extensive knowledge of hacking and can hijack your devices without you even knowing. They also hack businesses.
