Only 2 sessions in and already feeling much better! I was constantly feeling lethargic, bloated and very lazy, after meals I would need to lie down due to “bad tummy” but since my first session I have been able to eat without the “urgh” feeling. Looking forward to my next few sessions. 100% recommend the treatment if you have any of the above issues!

Had a wonderful massage yesterday (The Total Ritual) with the lovely Shelbi. She has a warm personality and welcoming space that once your time is up, you do not want to leave. I can not wait until my next one and I can not recommend Shelbi and her practise highly enough.
Really really happy after my first Target Ritual massage. Super relaxing at the time but I felt the effects very quickly afterwards. Shelbi is amazing and what she does and I have left feeling motivated to get my gut health back on track following her advice
