This place is so unprofessional and so horrible and ima start with Francis that woman is terribly rude and dont care bout the residents nor the employees there. Place always reads with a urine smell and I wouldn't dare blame it on housekeeping its start with nursing and cnas changing on time and also to keep the bed sores down turn them every 2 hours like it was told to state but unfortunately that was cover up and lie.
