We were on a trip to CT and hit a deer, two hours from home. Our car required extensive body and mechanical work. What could have been a very stressful experience was made stress and worry free thanks to Troy and the team at The Collision Shop. We had constant communication keeping us updated on the progress and the car came back to us looking brand new and running great.
Bunch of clowns work there. For the money they are definitely not worth it. It's actually owned by Chevy in Vernon that is now owned by Manchester Honda because they can't run a business and they certainly can't run a body shop there better than they were but not good enough.
Great knowledgeable and friendly staff
This was a terrible experience. I dropped my 22 Silverado off after a collision. After I picked it back up still had some notable issue. Including, frame damage, a burnt wire harness from garbage they left on my exhaust, miss aligned front wheels. Still waiting for the call back from TROY with when they can get it in to look at it again. (Not holding my breather) Since its now at a new Collision shop I hope will really do they work the promise. Update: The truck has just been deemed a total loos and a certified chevy dealer.... read more
