Great knowledgeable and friendly staff
This was a terrible experience. I dropped my 22 Silverado off after a collision. After I picked it back up still had some notable issue. Including, frame damage, a burnt wire harness from garbage they left on my exhaust, miss aligned front wheels. Still waiting for the call back from TROY with when they can get it in to look at it again. (Not holding my breather) Since its now at a new Collision shop I hope will really do they work the promise. My experience with “The Collision Shop” was extremely disappointing. I brought my car in for repairs, expecting them to use OEM parts as promised. However, after the repair was completed, I noticed several issues with my vehicle. When I confronted the staff, they admitted to using aftermarket parts instead of the promised OEM ones. Not only did they deceive me about the quality of the parts used, but the inferior aftermarket parts they installed resulted in further damage to my car.
