The Collision Shop did a remarkable job turning our unfortunate event into a positive one. We had just leased a brand new car, and as soon as we left the dealership were hit. Our car wasn't drivable and The Collision Shop went right to work to get it back to brand new condition. Troy, was wonderful keeping us updated every step of the way, letting us know the progress. I worked with Jim and he was awesome! He was incredibly responsive and informative about every aspect of the process. He was even able to get my car back to me quicker than initially estimated. I can’t recommend this business enough! Also more importantly, my car looks and feels back to brand new!
Jim was the man with the plan! Kept me updated every step of the way! I’d trust Jim with my rear end anytime! Marina was also cool as a cucumber every step of the way despite this being arguably the darkest time in my life. I’d recommend these kool kats to any kitties in need of car repairs. I just hope I never have to see them again (but in a good way)
