I had such a great experience at Caliber Collision in Riverhead! Sondra at the front desk and Matthew Reino were both so kind and professional. They truly understand what real customer service is all about — friendly, helpful, and patient every step of the way. Highly recommend this location!
My go to place whenever I'm on the east end. The paint work they did to my vehicle is spot on. Thanks for getting me out of a jam.
While the communication updates left some to be desired (minimal…I had to call to check in on the status of my repair more than once and beat them to it both times to find out that my repair was completed/the item had arrived), the repair itself looks perfect; it’s genuinely excellent body repair work.
Matt & his team were excellent. My car was ready earlier than expected & i would highly recommend them
called and couldn’t even get a word out to the guy. absolutely negative experience and was no help at all unless your looking for quick frustration and to be made to feel stupid.
