I cannot say enough about how much Dan and his team helped me with dealing with an insurance claim fiasco that happened to me. A very long story short, my car needed additional work to be completed outside of the body shop. My insurance company’s appraiser APPROVED this repair to be completed at a local BMW Dealership. This approved work was completed, but then “upon further review” the appraiser reneged on his written approval and then denied the claim.
