Absolutely dreadful attitude from the young boy on reception , calling me by my surname , told me he didn’t care how much pain I was in , funnily enough no matter when I rang he answered with my name and immediately shut me down . Lied over several medications and left me to suffer for over a week . Has been reported to the phso . Apparantly the gps were telling him To stop Calling and get on with it . Shocking ! For someone with severe pain all day not good !!!!

Only been with for a short while Standard of care is great You can talk to someone and you are listened too. It's how a Doctors should be run !
I completed an e consult towards the end of July about 2 lumps appearing and was ignored, I left it for a week and completed yet another e consult on the 30th of July, which was replied to within an hour with a NHS text saying I have a face to appointment on the 20th of July. I presumed this was incorrect so called the practice and they couldn't find anything but then confirmed yes it's an admin error and was for august.
