If you need a wedding venue look no further! Carly is the best! She helped my husband and I figured out set-up, food and wedding coordinator. She answered the millions of emails we sent and worked with us through every budget change (weddings are costly but I will say everything was laid out well). She was so kind and helpful. From the moment we walked in to book a venue for our wedding, the staff was always so friendly and responsive. The portal that you're set up with, helps keep all invoices, paperwork, contracts and email chains in folders. Our point or contact was with Madison Sims, who was such a positive and fun person to work with. We were sad when she was out of town for our event BUT, we worked with both Hannahs for the day of event and they made things work like clock work!! As a recent Day of Coordinator that worked with a couple at The Collectors Room, I can honestly give this venue 5 stars!! I have worked with so many venues, and can vouch that this venue is top-of-the-line! Not only are they both schedule and detail oriented, they put the couple and their guests FIRST in all they do and it shows! From start to finish, the staff at The Collectors Room (ALL OF THEM!!) went above and beyond and were wonderful to work with! It was a beautiful wedding and I am grateful to have been a part of it!
