I started my dreadlock journey in May of 2022. Kim did an amazing job! Over the last year she has done my regular maintenances, added more length via extensions, added fillers (extra locks) and fun colors to my hair. I look forward to each and every visit. Kimberly works very hard to provide an ambient setting for her clients while also allowing for a very unique, intimate experience with the person whether it's dreadlocks or one of the vintage pieces that she sells. She makes you feel like you're the only one in the room. That type of undivided attention will make you feel good that you spent local. Quality over quantity. It's also located in a safe space downtown. Highly recommend 👌
I’ve gone to Kim for the last 4 months or so for peekaboo dreadlocks (2 rows from the neck up with extensions). She has been so sweet and patient with showing me how to maintain and care for my new locks. I always look forward to our sessions, her studio is such a sweet and cozy environment that mirrors her kind soul. People compliment me on my hair all the time, she is beyond reasonably priced, a fantastic dread artist and I can’t recommend her more!

Absolutely love Kim and would recommend her to anyone! She is amazing at her job, and has such a lovely environment. I go to her every month for a massage, and every time is just as good as the last!
