I tried to call last week on Saturday 3 different times to get information on booking, they never responded on the 1st 2 calls and the 3rd call went to dial tone so I'm guessing they turned the phone off. Then I tried texting to make an appointment today and they said they doesn't have hair stylists that book appointments at 5 pm. Which I get but I am not available before 5 and they didn't even give alternative dates/times. It just seems reall difficult to get information or to get an appointment.
