After a terrible hair extension experience, I went to a salon for a blowout and was met with incredible kindness and compassion from the staff. I was embarrassed for them to see my hair extension and the horror of the install and follow up that had yet to be fixed as I had no idea what to do or go. They listened to my story and took gentle care of my hair, even adding beads to prevent further damage and fixing a sore spot from the previous stylist.
