Randy and team have built something very special at the Collective. Both my son and I went in and came out much better for it. Definitely will be back and make the Collective a regular stop.
Today was my first haircut at The Collective. Everyone there was so welcoming. Randy cut my hair and I love it - it's now vacation ready ♥️
I continue to use Randy Melanie and other staff even though I am a 2-hour Drive away. They are worth it!
I received a bob that is really unsuitable for my hair. Volume was removed with scissors and although I’ve had this done before, this specific cut makes me look awkward and frazzled — like bits were taken from wrong areas.it takes 30 min of styling to fix. Will not be going back

Not only that, he taught me how to style it myself with minimal effort and recommended tools so exciting I’m already shopping for them. Randy didn’t just go the extra mile—he redefined what ‘extra’ means.
