10/10 experience. I live on the South Shore but work near Saint James and the travel is 100000% worth it. The staff is incredibly welcoming, you can tell they are a great team. The space is beautiful and they really make the effort to give you a 5 star experience. I got my blowout with Gabriella and she did a fantastic job. So excited for my next appointment!
Have found this amazing salon after moving into town. I'm trans and always a little nervous finding the perfect spot. As a new girl in town I found it at Collective Salon. All the girls Bri, Brianna, Colleen, Kiera,Serena are amazing making me feel beautiful and confident. Kiera just did my make up along side Serena and looked amazing. Received so many compliments. The stylist was extremely attentive. Even though my hair was in pretty bad shape, he handled every detail with great care and still achieved exactly the look I wanted.
I just had the most amazing experience at The Collective Salon. I haven’t had any luck with the past two haircuts I got and was in need of a new salon. I was able to get an appointment with Gab N and I cannot rave enough about her. After she introduced herself, she asked me a lot of questions about my hair and my concerns regarding my hair.
