Great looking apartments and definitely a steal when it comes to price! Also, Jessica was the best leasing consultant I could've asked for, great help and put me in to all the deals.
Noda seems like a great fit for me. Right on the outskirts of the city which is just a hop and a skip down from the complex. Thanks to Joaquila who has been extremely patient and courteous to me. I was able to find a unit that fits my needs here at the Collective. I also got in at a great date and with an even better deal. Thanks to her I'm living comfortably now and appreciating all the amenities and staff support.
Had an amazing tour with Joaquila the assistant property manager. She was really informative and helped me find the best apartment for me while also showing me around the complex.
The agents were available to answer my questions when needed and able to set up a tour date within a short time period. Communication were easy and respectful and the location atmosphere is welcoming and chill. I’m excited about this new decision to be a part of this community. Thank you!
