If you enjoy hearing your neighbors marital spat, their 3 kids and dog, with floors that literally have holes in them, and having fire alarms go off for seemingly no reason. Then this is the place for you! They also pay people for good reviews but forgot to pay me so here i am! My girlfriend also brought her dog over several times and i got an email asking me to pay more for an extra person and a dog! So don’t bring your partner or anything resembling a pet over!
The Collective is a very nice apartment building in a good spot in NODA. Joaquila was very nice and helped me out with everything I had questions about. The building has a lot of cool amenities that makes it hard to leave. Amazing spot!
Why in the world do the fire alarms go off EVERY SINGLE NIGHT?! I live next door and the fire alarms are going off literally almost every single night and day. At LEAST 3/4 times a week if not more.
I absolutely love living here! My apartment is spacious, well-maintained, and has great natural light. The community is friendly and welcoming, and the amenities are top-notch. I especially appreciate the gym and the pool, which are always clean and well-maintained. Plus, I can't help but notice how quiet it is here compared to that other building across the street with the constantly blaring fire alarm. Seriously, I feel so lucky to have found such a peaceful and comfortable place to call home. Highly recommend!
