Horrible management and property over all
I’m a current resident, and unfortunately this property has really gone downhill. The customer service from the property manager Monique is unacceptable. As a resident who pays rent on time and has never caused any issues, I’m consistently met with a dismissive and unhelpful attitude whenever I need assistance with packages or maintenance concerns. Lived here for a few years, and within the last year and a half, there has been a huge improvement with the office staff and property
Leasing staff is superb and the property is perfect if you want to be in Noda.
this is my first time leaving a review because it’s really not my thing but i’d want to know what i’m walking into as well. i showed up yesterday, 02/21/2026, for my apartment tour at 1:30 pm as scheduled. after being buzzed in i walk into the leasing office and the leasing consultant has another person in the chair (clearly for a tour). i barely step foot into the leasing office before she asks me to wait outside. there were other chairs in the office so I'm not exactly sure as to why i had to wait in the hallway but i didn... read more
