The leasing office was kind and courteous Edit: lowering my review by 1 star because the pest control company they hired let my cat out by not properly closing both the entry way door or the patio door. Best case scenario, my property would have been stolen. But unfortunately, the worst happened and my baby is gone. While this is not The Collective's fault directly, they should hire more competent contractors.
Kelsey at the Collective was absolutely lovely. The property is in a good area surrounded by many things to do. Kelsey took me to more than one unit to see which floor + feel felt the best and I’ve never had an apartment offer that before! The staff were very kind and the property is gorgeous!
Helpfully & Flexible during the application process.
Samantha helped me SO much!!! Everyone at The Collective was so friendly and kind. And the studio apartment was so spacious!! Comparing other complex and I saw to The Collective it was a no brainer that I had to sign with The Collective! Super appreciative and helpful! I would 100% recommend!
I recently toured this apartment and was I very pleased with my experience! Samantha was great and extremely helpful throughout the leasing process. I am looking forward to moving in!
