This class was absolutely amazing! It perfectly combined strength training with high-intensity cardio, leaving me drenched in sweat. Gina is truly incredible—her energy and encouragement make the class so fun. Plus, her playlist is fire and totally pumps you up for the workout! Definitely taking this class again!

This studio has a great variety of high impact and effective classes. All the teachers are wonderful and the studio is super clean and the patrons are all really friendly. So nice to have this business so close to home.
I like the instructors and the classes. It's clean and cute. I love the heat when I train! Great classes to feel the burn while working out in a heated classroom! LOVE
