Felicia and Alyssa are awesome. They are so knowledgeable, practical, and they think of everything. They seem to be really well connected and were able to get us house inspectors, mold inspectors, and even a structural engineer within 24 hours. In our negotiations with sellers, they battled hard for us and helped us ultimately reach a contract that we were very comfortable with. They are also just really fun to tour houses with. I highly recommend them. You can’t find a better team than this.
