Great service department
I have been a client for overt 15 years and have purchased and leased 5 cars during that time. Sadly the service department has been a disaster for the past five years. They have damaged three of my vehicles while in service, one of which they returned with no oil and the other two damage to the vehicle. Im not including missing iPods the magically later appeared and were returned by them. From new the Service director overseeing all brands to the managers it has been a constant battle. AVOID THIS PLACE. I don’t care if you live across the street. Take your McLaren to the west palm McLaren. There’s a reason they have 2.5 stars. Had my McLaren towed there because it broke down in Miami. Gave them my information. After a few days I didn’t receive a follow up so I called them. They checked in it, and I received a text later that day. The was fine then an intake leak happened somewhere. That’s why it was towed to them. I receive a text that day saying that in order to diagnose my car. I have one of two options.... read more
