I experienced a very significant issue with my 2025 Artura, but The Collection resolved the problem in a fair and reasonable manner. I would like to thank Mr. Andrew and the team for the privilege of being their customer today.
I purchased my new Artura, and on February 25, 2026, I took it in for its first scheduled service. With the car having fewer than 1,300 miles on the odometer, an engine leak was identified on February 26—just one day later. Today is April 18, and to date, the car has not been fully repaired; according to The Collection, the leak was fixed on April 15, but the hybrid system remains non-functional due to a software issue.
