They never answer the phone , what’s the point of having a line ?? Abnoxious and inexistant service and should close their doors better serve the community!!!!

Horrible experience. My parked car was rear-ended with minimal damage. They took 3 months to repair with no loaner. The car was reported to Carfax as a rollover, which was nonsense. When I went to pick up the car, the leather on the dashboard had pulled away. I did not want to leave the car again. I spoke with one of the managers and explained my dissatisfaction. I have been a client for overt 15 years and have purchased and leased 5 cars during that time. The sales managers have been good. Sadly the service department has been a disaster for the past five years. They have damaged three of my vehicles while in service, one of which they returned with no oil and the other two damage to the vehicle. Im not including missing iPods the magically later appeared and were returned by them. From new the Service director overseeing all brands to the managers it has been a constant battle.
