Maserati service person Erick not happy at all to assist you , i called him before & tooked my Maserati with a check engine light on to the collection and he was asking me , what I wanted to do with the check engine light? Which my answer was logic that having an expensive car under warranty I wanted to know why that light was on and of course to have it fixed . After that he gave me the service but looks like the client has to push or beg for service.
The most amazing and pleasant experience . Leonardo was so educated and attentive. Definitely went the extra mile to excellence. With out a doubt make him your next number one choice when you want to be delighted with the experience of getting a Maserati. Go for the best and only the best. They never answer the phone , what’s the point of having a line ?? Abnoxious and inexistant service and should close their doors better serve the community!!!!

Horrible experience. My parked car was rear-ended with minimal damage. They took 3 months to repair with no loaner. The car was reported to Carfax as a rollover, which was nonsense. When I went to pick up the car, the leather on the dashboard had pulled away. I did not want to leave the car again. I spoke with one of the managers and explained my dissatisfaction.
