Fenomenal experience. Food was delicious, cocktails unreal and reasonable pricing given what Miami is these days
Was recently taken here by a few friends for my birthday and we all decided to try the Miami spice menu which was delicious! Love the location - I truly enjoy that it’s hidden and away from the loud noise. Cocktails are great as well. Aaron was THE BEST - he is Exactly what the hospitality industry needs. I will definitely be back and I will recommend as well.
Dining at The Collab at the Thesis Hotel was a last-minute decision and one we absolutely did not regret! I wasn’t familiar with The Thesis Hotel, The Collab or the Palacio Plaza where it’s located, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Great experience at The Collab. Natalie greeted us at the door and made us feel welcome right away. Chef C came out to our table to introduce himself and check that we were enjoying the food, a nice touch that shows the care that goes into this place. We had the Brazilian picanha steak, grilled octopus, and the lamb, all fantastic. The octopus was Smokey and perfection! Food was excellent across the board and the service made the night even better. Highly recommend, will be back.
