We have been living here several years and we loved it, until recently that management couldn’t stop people smoking in their unit, causing the smells coming through the pipe into our apartment- hence second hand smoke. This is disappointing given that we loved being here. I wish management takes this more seriously for the safety of tenants

Google doesn’t allow videos? Go to yelp to see my wife’s review and verify the multiple mice videos coming out from dif areas of our apt. Active mouse infestation in the building. I caught 1 in a trash bag and threw it out and they come out of my closet and stove area constantly. Their response? Oh no we don't have any. We will send an exterminator but miss your maintenance request a few times and in the course of the next year while we gaslight you into thinking they're gone you give up. I love living here! Great staff who are always attentive. Anytime I need help with something they fix it or take care of it that day. The staff here truly make living here a 5/5 place!
Patrick saved the day in helping us secure our 2 bedroom! After making an appointment to look at other 2 bedrooms, we were able to see a unit that was newly available and a more preferable layout before it was on the market. The entire process was efficient and smooth and so far the building has been great!
