I went to him for my bankruptcy, he didnt know anything about business information, didnt know what owner contribution was, he was supposed to file this 3 months before he actually did, he kept telling me I didnt turn something in but he would then find it later on, he was inconsistent with communication, I ended up having to email the trustee at the end with him attached bc coke kept telling me my emails were going to spam but apparently never checked his spam folder for his clients emails. I wished I would have saved my money. I was told he could get them to settle possibly and to have a certain amount ready if they agreed. They never did I paid 500 for him to send 2 emails and to tell me to fill out a form to get my garnishment reduced. Filled out the paper work and the company did not want to settle so wages got garnished to the full extend and I always had to follow up with him after waiting to hear back for at least a month. I am a young adult and didn't know much about filing for bankruptcy, it was a anxiety nightmare. Justin and his firm were an amazing group to work with, and while i may have been difficult, Justin was very understansing and informative.
