Terrible! I brought in a couple silver coins to sell and they offered me a fraction of the current silver value, I called the guy out on it and he instantly became completely belligerent! He told me I needed to do my homework (I did) before I called someone a liar (I didn't). He then proceeded to tell me the coins were 75% silver (3 seconds of research shows they are 90%)... maybe he was trying to tell me the silver weight was 75% of a troy ounce (it's not, it's actually 77%). Must Visit We took in several coins to be examined. They were very thorough, and extremely courteous. They gave us market value on all silver and the rare coins we brought in. We highly recommend these experts.
Excellent service, fair prices, fair selection Coin Index is a smaller coin shop on Indy's southside in Greenwood. The shop is a bit dusty & musty, not to the point of irritation, it lends character to the store. The selection is ok, but nothing spectacular. Pricing has a tendency to be a bit on the high side, but bartering is definitely a possibility here. Coin Index's primary strength is its staff.
