Heinz is awesome and so very nice! He knows his machines! He also explained things to me and taught me what to do and what not to do to maintain my machine, even though I was following my manual. He is super knowledgeable and does a great job!

Mr. Boss knows his machines! Needed repair on DeLonghi Perfecta coffee machine. He fixed it as I watched. He knows the machine better than i know the back of my hand. He works out of his garage. Most of his business is shipped. I can not recommend him too highly.
