My Dehlonghi Magnifica Evo started leaking water into the discard bin and tasting off. I reached out and worked with Erika to get it mailed to them. The turnaround was really 1 day since they got it on a Friday. First class all the way. It is SO nice to have a good cup of coffee again. Don’t hesitate to reach out if your expresso machine goes on the fritz.
Mr. Heinz and Mrs. Erika were extremely helpful and quickly resolved the issue with my espresso machine. The service was outstanding, and I highly recommend them for their exceptional professionalism and phenomenal customer support!
