The Coffee Boss has repaired my two Delonghi machines a couple of times. They do a great job and their prices are very fair. Please note, Google still shows them at the old address in Cornelius, NC. They moved to Lancaster, SC so that is likely going to cause some confusion for people until Google updates their address.
Heinz was great! We thought we needed a new machine after 5 years of use but Heinz patiently took 15 minutes to walk us through troubleshooting our Delonghi and successfully got it working again with not even a mention of charging us anything! Second time dealing with these folks and highly recommend.
I have a Saeco coffee machine that was leaking water. I called and spoke with Heinz, thinking that I would have to ship the unit to him for repair. But instead, Heinz walked me through the steps to stop the leaking! He was awesome and so nice. I will definitely be visiting The Coffeeboss when in Cornelius!
Extremely rude, terrible experience.
Heinz and Erika are like the old fashioned Mom and Pop store in the way they operate. Heinz knows the coffee makes inside and out and is quick to diagnose and repair a unit. He is also ready to share his thought gets about what makes one mic gone better than another. I am lucky we have them close to us!!
