Highly recommend The Coffee Workshop / Complete Cafe Services for purchasing your next coffee machine. Peter who served us was highly attentive, knowledgeable, and definitely passionate about coffee. He spent over an hour with us explaining the best setup for our new Bezzera machine including water treatment/filter, coffee grinder dialling, machine cleaning, etc, without pushing for the most expensive options which was greatly appreciated. Will be back for any future coffee related purchases!
I arrived ready to buy, having done some research beforehand. I was open to further guidance from the staff, and both David and Peter were great with explaining all my options. They were very generous with their time and with some extra little bonus goodies to set me up from the get-go. So happy to have found this business and even happier to know the customer care and service will continue on over time through service and training etc. I’m excited to get brewing!! 🤩☕️
Fantastic service. I came in looking for a grinder and the team took the time to understand what I actually needed, with zero pressure to buy. I came back to purchase in‑store even though it was about $40 more than online, because the service was well worth the difference. They even threw in a bag of beans, so I walked out ahead anyway. Really happy with the whole experience.
Friendly and helpful. Had an issue with our steam wand not heating. These guys diagnosed, repaired and serviced our machine quickly. Works great now!
