Thank you to the team at The Coffee Workshop. I have purchased my entire setup from their little bit extensively stocked shop on Portrush road. I have always received excellent advice and recommendations over the last couple of years. It's hard to find an actual walk in shop with so much stock and better than online prices but it exists here. Thanks again, I'll see you next time I need beans
We went in to buy a $2k plus coffee machine as a wedding present but the saleswoman's approach was to give us every reason why we shouldn't, including that we could burn ourselves on it! We didnt buy anything and are now going elsewhere
My partner took our machine in after it stopped working properly... they were helpful and explained the issue clearly. Ended up needing a part replaced, and it was ready within a few days. Seems like they know their stuff and don’t try to upsell you on things you don’t need. My partner reckons it runs better now than when we first bought it.
