Dropped my S9 off and was told about 3 weeks for the repair. Sure enough 3 weeks later I received a call, the S9 was ready. After picking the S9 and making my first cup of coffee it was far better after the S9 was cleaned. If you own a Jura this is the best place to take it for service.
We bought a Jura on a public shopping network for a reasonable price not knowing what may be wrong with it. We brought it over to Timo to refurbish and repair. Timo was very knowledgeable with the machine and stood by his price and our Jura now works amazing!! Thank you!! We would recommend The Coffee Guy to whoever needs Jura repairs!!
