I joined the club, downloaded the app and placed an order. I was supposed to get a free coffee upon joining but my voucher got lost in cyberspace. The owner/manager understood and gave me a free coffee. How good is that. Great coffee, food and a level of customer service delivery that many many retailers should aspire to and implement. Thanks and well done team. I'll definitely be back.
I had a macchiato which was good. But my wife had an iced matcha latte which wasn’t the best, it wasn’t mixed properly and the taste was average. The service was fine overall, but there were no tissues on the tables and they didn’t bring any with the order either. So overall, I guess there is definitely room for improvement.
The Coffee Club West Lakes is our go-to every Saturday morning for brekkie! The service is always fast, the chips are perfectly crispy, and the coffee is absolutely delicious. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always happy to serve with a smile. Consistently a great experience – highly recommend!
