Had a cuppa coffee & muffin. Talia served us & was very friendly & welcoming.
I'm usually an advocate of The Coffee Club, but at the time of this visit they did not excel. Quite slow and disorganised. Food and coffee quality was fine however. ** Update - fast and friendly!**
Worst experience ever had at this place. Drove all the way from Emerald for breakfast and the level of customer service we recieved was unprofessional and made us uncomfortable. First we waited for our order for 20 mins and when went on the counter and asked the young lady at the counter was so loud completely screaming in my ears that it will be there from the kitchen and then after 5 mins it was on our table but the plate was just slammed on the table in agressiveness and no cutleries with it. I ordered an iced matcha latte. This did not taste like matcha at all. it tasted like pesto. It was horrible. It was made with what looked like a syrup. I can understand that making it could be tike consuming, but it shouldnt taste like pesto. It cost me $10 and i had to throw out the entire thing it was so bad.
Had lunch today & as usual was lovely. We were devastated though, as Estelle has finished working there. She was so friendly & worked so hard. We will miss you Estelle & goodness me, The Coffee Club is not the same without you. All the best Estelle in your next adventure
