Understand there’s a wait of food at a very busy day but would be nice to be told while ordering it was going to be nearly an hour and a half. Got drinks well before our food so our drinks were cold, I nicely asked how long the food would be because we have hot drinks that are going cold and the lady making the coffees had a bit of attitude telling me there was nothing she could do implying she wouldn’t replace the cold coffee and to wait. Very disappointing
Franki Have the best customer service and vibe ever she its always very happy energy and make our breakki times happier!
Disappointed. The eggs Benny was a bit ordinary. Slapped in the plate and the Bacon was not cooked correctly. Management was a quite blasé.
Best matcha ever, recommend the strawberry iced matcha !
