On our way up the coast ,all ready had terrible experience with the last coffee club in Mackay ,AZs just arriving in Townsville,walking along the beach come across another coffee club, and thought give them a go Well what can I say ,it's worse then the last one .waited 45 minutes for 2 coffee's, went in to see how long and the girl said they were sitting on bench but was to busy to bring them out 10 minutes later coffee cold .Last time we will ever go into a coffee club very disappointed

I have always enjoyed food and coffee at all Coffee Club Cafe near me. Today was very disappointed that 15% loading because of public holiday, food and drinks costing $26.90 I was charged $31. 60. Yes being a public holiday staff are paid more for working but 15% to me is outrageous. After speaking to the staff owner ? She told me it's head office that make these decisions. Well the CEO of head office are the ones making the big buck's ,

Made a complaint about West Melton store and requested refund. Was asked for my email address so they could advise me of their findings. Gullible me gave them my email address and now I am inundated with junk mail on a daily basis. Still awaiting refund. NEVER GO THERE. NEVER GIVE YOUR DETAILS even if you contacted them

New chairs in renovated stores are useless if you have a large bottom!!! So uncomfortable, will avoid stores with these chairs if I can't find another sort. Really bad decision whoever thought of using them in refurbishments!!!
